Job Title: Church Speaker Telemarketer
Salary: £22,000 – 25,000 depending on experience
Location: Based in CWI Head Office Enysham, Oxfordshire

The purpose of the Church Speaker Telemarketer is to develop CWI’s relationship with new and existing churches by contacting them via phone to promote CWI’s work and secure a CWI speaking engagement.


The aim is to set up Missionary Speaking Tours on behalf of our missionaries so they can inspire churches with CWI’s mission, raise awareness of CWI’s work and raise their much-needed support.


This role is focused on achieving its goals within a framework of ‘serving in excellence’ and in supporting other teams in the pursuit of their objectives and thus contributes to CWI’s mission to share the Good News of Messiah Jesus with the Jewish people.


Vital to the success of this position is the personal identification to the charitable objective of Christian Witness to Israel - the advancement of the Christian faith among Jewish people.


The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian and have solid telemarketing and customer relations experience, with proven ability of working in a customer facing environment. Essential qualification is GSCE Maths and English grade C or above.

The incumbent of the role will be a dedicated self-starter, skilled and experienced in achieving targets in sales, campaigning, or fundraising, with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and encourage to promote the missions work of CWI. Accuracy and attention to detail is important, with an engaging level of enthusiasm for routine daily office tasks. Committed to excellence with good organisational skills, the post holder will have the ability to perform well under pressure and achieve targets through own initiative.

It is an occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be a Christian, who personally subscribes to the Organisation’s statement of faith, and who fully supports its mission objectives.
